Bangin Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

Game day called — it wants these BANGIN buffalo cauliflower wings. Double-dipped, fried shatteringly crisp, and tossed in a buttery Frank's RedHot glaze with a whisper of vegan Worcestershire, these are the vegan buffalo wings that silence a room.
That bottle of hot sauce sitting in your pantry finally has a purpose. Serve with vegan ranch and watch them disappear before kickoff.
Directions
- Combine the almond milk and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl and set aside for 10 minutes to curdle. After 10 minutes, stir in 1/4 cup of the hot sauce.
- Make the buffalo sauce: melt the vegan butter in a medium saucepan, then whisk in the remaining hot sauce, vegan Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Mix well and remove from the heat until ready to use.
- Heat 2–3 cups of oil in a deep pan over medium heat (amount depends on your pan size).
- While the oil heats, combine the flour and cornstarch in a large bowl. Add the spice blend and stir well.
- Rinse the cauliflower and cut it into florets, then pat dry. Dip each floret into the milk mixture, then the flour mixture — then repeat for a double coating, keeping one hand for wet and one hand for dry. Fry the florets one at a time, without overcrowding the pan.
- Fry until all sides are golden brown. Transfer to a paper towel–lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Toss the fried cauliflower with the buffalo sauce in a large bowl until coated. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce — vegan ranch goes perfectly with this dish!
